Personal Exercise Service Agreement

CONTRACT ARTICLES:

1. P/T: Personal Training includes the phrase "Personal one-on-one training".

2. If the member does not attend the P/T session, he/she must inform his/her instructor at least 12 hours in advance, otherwise the P/T session will be deemed to have taken place.

3. Monthly packages include the right to postpone 3 sessions during the current week.

4. In 5-week packages, in addition to item 3, 3 monthly cancellation options can be used, provided that 12 hours notice is given.

5. If the P/T contract is terminated unilaterally by the member, no refund will be made.

6. Before starting P/Ts, it is mandatory to consult a doctor and have a "Health Report" approved by the doctor stating that there is no harm in the person exercising. The trainer is not responsible for any negative effects that may occur if a medical examination is not performed.

7. The member must be at the gym 15 minutes before the session and be ready to exercise.

8. If the member participates in the session after the first 15 minutes based on the appointment and time, the lesson is considered to have taken place.

9. Session duration may vary between 30-90 minutes depending on the instructor's opinion.

10. In accordance with the agreement, the service the member receives is the responsibility of Breath Studio, not the instructor.

11. The use of towels and sportswear is mandatory in Breath Studio.

12. Members will keep their personal belongings in the locker room during the session. Clothing, bags, shoes and/or personal belongings should not be brought into the sports area.

13. If the membership is terminated by the member, no refund will be made. (Membership may be frozen)

14. In group lessons, students will be evaluated as a whole, and if a student does not attend the lesson, no make-up lesson will be given to the group member who did not attend.

15. The fee will be collected in advance by Cash / Credit Card before the membership package starts from the branch. Our package prices are fixed and will not be divided into installments. 20% VAT is not included in the prices.
